RackiT
Storage Solutions racking conforms
to a number of international standards, chief among which is the
FEM 10.2.02 directive. This is a racking standard provided by
The Federation Européene de la Manutention or FEM, the
world's leading authority on racking standards.
This compliance ensures that a RackiT
Storage Solutions product
has met and surpassed all the stringent guidelines laid down in
FEM 10.2.02 ensuring that all our products incorporate the best
in safety, structural integrity and design.
Steel
All the structural steel used in our products is Q235 steel
Shims are made with Q/BQB303 steel
Frames amd beams
All the component material (except standard bolts) are made
from Q235. The frames are shaped after being punched in automatic
product lines. The section is rolled into shape with 17 roll
procedures. The horizontal spacers and slanting spacers are
bolted to the frames with the Grade 8.8 high capacity galvanised
special bolts. The frame is fixed on the base plate with the
Grade 8.8 high capacity galvanised bolts.
Finishing
The surfaces of the parts of the rack (except standard bolts)
are finished by epoxy resin static spray finishing in the automatic
spray line with an industry leading Swiss designed spray-head.
The coat thickness is 60 micrometres, the coat surface rigidity
is 2H. The spray procedure is: acid cleaning - parch - phosphatisation
- spray finishing - high temperature solidifying @ 180 degres
C.
Features:
(1) Adhesive attraction is up to GB92865-88 standard medium
Grade O.
(2) The rigidity is up to GB6739-86 standard medium 2H.
(3) Inoxidability (salt mist experiment) GB1771-91 > 500
hours. The color scheme: The frame is in a high visibility bright
blue or green, and the beam in high visibilty orange (unless
specified differently by the customer). We can supply all our
racking in a wide variety of colours.
Performances
A. The maximum flexibility of the beam is the 1/300 (mm) of
its length. The allowed maximum flexibility of the uprights
is the 1/1000 (mm) of its height, the safety coefficient is
1.65.
